For return to AMS,... read more I realized much too late that I had set the pickup for the wrong time (I set it for the time of the flight, not the time we needed to leave for AMS). I called ATS in a panic, afraid we would miss our flight. ATS was able to get a van to us in 15 minutes and we made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Problem solved! No issues at all with payment (we used paypal) or receiving the type of vehicle we requested. Will happily use ATS again.
